The Saints Fe Saints defeated the Hillsborough CC Hawks 71-68 in Tampa Wednesday evening improving SF's record to 3-2. The Saints trailed by 16 points at the half (48-32) but turned up the defense and Miles Coleman took control of the offense hitting seven 3-pointers after the break to earn the Saints the win.
"This was a great win," said Head Coach Chris Mowry. "I am proud of the way we fought to get back into the game and closed it out in the end." Coleman, a 6-foot-5 freshman out of Dwyer High School in West Palm Beach, scored 23 of his game high 25 points in the second half.
The Saints will host ASA on Saturday at the SF Gymnasium with the tip off scheduled for 2 pm.
