SAINTS SEASON COMES TO AN END IN FIVE SET LOSS TO CENTRAL FLORIDA (22-25, 25-23, 19-25, 25-18, 10-15)
Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints fought valiantly to the end on Friday evening against the College of Central Florida, but fell in a five set classic match to the Patriots, ending their first ever season.  SF finishes their inaugural season with a 31-7 record.
The Saints won the second and fourth sets to force a fifth set, but a quick 8-1 start was too deep a hole for them to dig out of.  They played hard to the end, but the Patriots were too much down the stretch as they ended the match with a 15-10 win.  CF will now move on to play Polk State College on Saturday at 11:00 AM.
Santa Fe will return a majority of their roster in 2015 as only two sophomores, Ruth Harrington and Savannah Young, will be moving on.
