This week's Alumni Spotlight is Se'Lah Reddick who played Women's Basketball from 2021-2023!
Gainesville, FL
This week's Alumni Spotlight is Se'Lah Reddick, a member of the Santa Fe Women's Basketball program from 2021 to 2023. Following her successful career as a Saint, Reddick continued her academic and athletic journey at Flagler College from 2023 to 2025. Following her time at Flagler, Reddick transferred to Merrimack College in Massachusetts, where she enters her graduate season with the Warriors for 2025-26.
At Santa Fe, Reddick delivered an impressive two seasons under former head coach and current Athletic Director Chanda Stebbins. She did a bit of everything her sophomore season, averaging 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. Her exceptional performance that season was noted by coaches around the conference, and she was named to the All-Central Conference First Team.
Reddick's performance for the Saints has solidified her as one of the program's top contributors, evidenced by the fact that she impressively lands in the top 50 all time in 8 different statistics for the program. However, it was on the glass and on the defensive end of the court where Reddick shined, finishing T-23rd and 24th all time in offensive (127) and defensive rebounding (221) respectively. Reddick is also T-32nd most steals (88) and T-28th most blocks (28) in program history. Her scoring prowess isn't to be ignored, as she finished her career as a Saint with 500 total points.
Reddick then took her talents to Flagler College, where she made a significant impact. She was a regular starter in her time at Flagler, starting 46 of a possible 55 games over her two seasons playing in St. Augustine. In her senior year, Reddick averaged 24.2 minutes and 5.3 points per game while contributing 5.0 rebounds per game and shooting an impressive 48.4% from the field. She has left her mark as a utility player no matter where she's played, as she also led the team in total assists (86), averaging 3.2 per game.
Following her time at Flagler, Reddick transferred a final time to Merrimack College, where she is playing her 5th season of collegiate basketball. Reddick has played 16 games this season for the Warriors, forcing her way into the starting lineup for an 8th consecutive game after coming off the bench for the previous 8. She's putting up her usual 5 points and 5 rebounds while shooting 38.5% from the field, which proves just how consistent a player Reddick is.
On January 8th in an overtime thriller against Marist University, Reddick stepped up when it mattered most. With 0.8 seconds remaining on the clock, Reddick drove into the lane before putting her opponent in the spin cycle, finishing the play with a pretty floater to lead the Warriors to a huge win in conference play. At 8-8 (5-2 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), Merrimack is still fighting for a postseason berth. Tune into ESPN+ to watch Se'Lah and Merrimack play against Quinnipiac University on Monday, January 19th at 2:00pm.
