GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Santa Fe Softball is preparing for their Mid-Florida Conference opener against the College of Central Florida on Mar. 17, and Head Coach Savanah Webster and the Saints will be shining light on the importance of student-athlete mental health and wellness.
Following the recent death of a high-profile Stanford women's soccer player, questions have been renewed about student-athlete's mental health, and the importance of prioritizing it cannot be overstated.
The Santa Fe College staff/faculty stand with its student-athletes, and hope to continue to provide resources to prioritize mental health and wellness within the campus community.
