Saints Defeat CF Patriots, Advance at FCSAA Tournament
Gainesville, FL – For the second year in a row the Santa Fe Saints pulled off a big win over the NJCAA #15/FCSAA #2 College of Central Florida at the FCSAA Tournament, this time defeating the Patriots in the first round 3-2 (25-18, 25-22, 20-25, 14-25, 15-13).

Gainesville, FL – For the second year in a row the Santa Fe Saints pulled off a big win over the NJCAA #15/FCSAA #2 College of Central Florida at the FCSAA Tournament, this time defeating the Patriots in the first round 3-2 (25-18, 25-22, 20-25, 14-25, 15-13).
The win for the Saints came just under a month after being swept by the Patriots on October 7. SF is now one win away from clinching a berth at the NJCAA Tournament for the second year in a row. Standing in their way is FCSAA #3/NJCAA #11 St. Petersburg College. The two teams will meet with a trip to Hutchinson, Kansas on the line at 7:00 p.m. tonight.
Against CF, Leah Wilcox led the way with 14 kills and Sterling Williamson had 10. As a team the Saints had 14 blocks, controlling the net in route to victory.
