Jessica McKee will be advancing to the New College of Florida for the upcoming 2026 season. Spending two years on the Saints' volleyball team, McKee made the move from Fort Myers to Gainesville to start her collegiate career. Academically, she intends to major in business.
McKee appeared in 45 matches totaling 128 sets during her time with the Saints. She earned and maintained a consistent role as a middle blocker and outside hitter. Across her career, she posted 126 kills, 419 total attacks, and 181.5 points. Her reputation as a dual-threat player garnered attention, a skillset which she will carry on with her to New College of Florida.
Continuing a high school career in which she was consistently recognized, McKee continued just that into Santa Fe. Earning the Coaches Award and Honor Roll at Fort Myers High School, she added All-Saints Academic Team honors in every semester to her resume.
McKee will be joining a Mighty Banyans volleyball team that was dominant in the 2025 season. Posting a record of 20-5, McKee will be surrounded with talent under head coach David McFatrich, who recently completed his first year as head coach. Learning under an accomplished coach and a talented roster, McKee will be a player to monitor in the coming years.
